BOYS CRICKET

The first XI team had a great morning with a comfortable win and and a small loss. Just enough to qualify for the quarter finals. Sadly they drew a very strong Chalkwell Team, who went on to win the competition.

As a team pulled out last minute we got take a 2nd XI team too! After losing but using their first game to settle in and get a feel for the game, they went on to win their second game by 99 runs! Sadly as they were a 2nd XI team they were not eligible to qualify for the Quarter finals. But they did beat the 1st XI in a friendly (by 5 runs) and a couple of other schools quite comfortably. They really came together and grew as a team.
